We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders*, Cashiers Checks*, C.O.D**, Net30***and PayPal****. Please be sure to provide your exact credit card billing address and telephone number. The address must match what your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause delays in processing your order.

PayPal provides an easy and centralized method to pay by credit card or through your checking account, through a secure and independent party. PayPal simply pays Ana Wholesale for your purchase. You control how much money is in your PayPal account.

To pay for your order with PayPal, you must first establish a PayPal account. Once established, you can deposit funds into this account from your credit card or from your checking account. Once the funds are in your account, you can place your order on our website by selecting the PayPal option during the checkout process.

*Check or money orders are accepted with mail orders only. Please allow 10 days for your check to clear prior to shipment of your merchandise.

ANA Wholesale wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple: As long as the item has not been opened and remains sealed in its original packaging - ie, unopened shipping box, the product may be returned within 10 days of receiving the shipment. There is a 15% restocking fee on all acceptable returns. Non-defective items that have been assembled, painted or altered in any way from the original condition cannot be accepted as a return. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, ANA Wholesale will also refuse to accept this as a valid return.

At no time, ANA Wholesale will be responsible for defective items. The replacement product will be shipped under a new invoice. Once the defective product has been received and inspected, the original invoice will be credited. Shipping charges for defective products will be credited on the original invoice.

To initiate a return you must send an email to cewu@anawholesale.com explaining why you want to return the product and verifying the product will be returned in the condition stated above. ANA Wholesale will email you an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). You must have an assigned RMA number prior to returning any items, and this number must be clearly marked on the shipping label. Packages returned without an assigned RMA Number clearly marked on the shipping label will not be accepted, and returned to sender unopened. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach ANA Wholesale, so we suggest you use a shipper such as UPS where you can track your package.

If a product carries a warranty and requires service, those claims are usually handled between you and the manufacturer. Missing parts and/or hardware from opened kits and parts bags must also be obtained from the manufacturer. A customer service representative will be happy to help you locate a manufacturer and/or service center.

Each UPS® package shipped domestically, or international shipment, is automatically protected by UPS against loss or damage up to a value of $100 (U.S.). Subject to certain limitations and exclusions, additional protection up to $50,000 (U.S.) per package is available upon request. The charge for each $100 of insured value, or fraction thereof, is $.35 (U.S.). If additional protection is desired, a shipper may purchase insurance for amounts in excess of $100 (U.S.).

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
